For all of us who “don’t have time to meal prep,” this is the recipe for you. I am a huge fan of very simple and easy to make recipes. This is also a great recipe to start with a customize to your needs. I often add cheese to this when reheating, or switch up broccoli for a different vegetable. You can also add additional protein to this.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cartons Egg Whites (16 oz each) I use Kirkland brand
  • 510g Broccoli
  • (+ Seasonings – I used a @krogerco brand garlic and herb seasoning)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9×12 pan.
  • Add broccoli and egg whites (+seasonings)
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  • Divide into 6.

Boom. That’s it! Food for 6 days, or less if you feel like sharing. ?
