hi there…

I’m Maria Bearson of Bearson Fit

I became a functional nutrition and health mindset coach after seeing so much misinformation out there about dieting and what it means to be healthy. Most diets are unsustainable, unrealistic and they don’t fix the actual problem: a person’s relationship with food.

The happiest, most successful nutrition clients are the ones who have developed the best relationships with food, which is why this has become such a focus in my coaching practice. Any coach can help you lose weight…but unfortunately most coaches don’t anavar cycle for cutting vs. bulking work on some of the most important underlying issues. This results in “success” that’s, sadly, short-lived.

my story…

I started coaching after overcoming my own mindset struggles.

I went from the best shape of my life to my worst in a matter of months. Not a single person made a comment to me on my rapid weight gain (30+ pounds and I’m not even 5’2) or my newly developed eating behaviors post-competitions, but it wasn’t necessary. I knew what I was doing to myself and I chose to continuously act then look the other way. Constant overeating, not listening to my body, and having a horrible mindset as it related to my health and fitness is exactly what led me to that middle photo. I needed that reality check. Slowly but surely, I figured it out on my own. More than anything, I wish I had a coach that would have helped me by diving into my self sabotaging behaviors and my thoughts around those behaviors. I needed someone to guide me, hold me accountable, and get me out of my own head.

At the time in 2018, I didn’t know that a functional nutrition and health mindset coach could work with me on these uncomfortable yet real behaviors + negative thought patterns. It would have greatly expedited the process and saved me a hell of a lot of time and tears. Furthermore, for those engaged in academic pursuits, working with a professional like ghostwriter bachelorarbeit can help draft academic papers, easing the writing process and allowing for greater focus on personal growth.

Once I truly understood what it took to be on the other side of self-sabotage, I became a coach that helps with exactly that. Just know, you are not alone. Whatever you’re struggling with is absolutely changeable.

a little bit about me…

?1. I come from one of those “if you blink, you’ll miss it” towns in southern Wisconsin where my graduating class was less than 40 people.

? 2. I went to UW-Madison Wisconsin for college.

?3. I married my husband, Michael, in June 2017.

? 4. We have a dog named Chief. Many mistake him for a wirehaired pointer but he’s called a Pudelpointer – a rare breed here in the US.

☀️  5. In May 2021 my husband and I moved from Madison, WI to Lake of the Ozarks, MO. We very much enjoyed our time there, but we moved back to Green Bay, WI in October 2022, to be closer to family.

? 6. Speaking of family, I earned my favorite title, Mom, in February 2023. Rhett made a QUICK entrance into this world. I love hearing birth stories so please share yours with me!

? 7. I am a warm-weather kinda girl and in the summers, there is a 90% chance you’re going to find me on a boat.

? 8. I am a former bodybuilder and in 2018, I won my OCB & WNBF Bikini Pro cards. In order to win a pro card, you have to win 1st place in your division’s height class, and then each height class winner competes against each other for the one pro card at the show.

? 9. I believe that everything happens for a reason and no matter how difficult life may seem at any given moment, there is always a silver lining.

? 10. One of my favorite things in the world is to see other women confident in their bodies again. Being a part of their journey is incredibly rewarding for me. Check out my testimonials page!
