Scrolling through social media, it's hard to miss

Scrolling through social media, it's hard to miss the countless fitness influencers flaunting their "perfect" abs and "flawless" bodies.

They're everywhere, promising quick fixes and effortless transformations.
But let's be real, that's not the whole story.

What you don't see:
Hours of grueling workouts
Strict diets
Cosmetic procedures
Them spending 15 minutes editing the picture you're comparing youself to
All the imperfections they have because they choose to only show you their best angles.

We need to stop comparing ourselves to these unrealistic standards.
Embrace your flaws and imperfections.
That's what makes us human.

Reality is messy, it's imperfect, and it's beautiful in its own way.
It's about progress, not perfection.
It's about feeling good in your own skin, no matter what shape or size you are.

Let's celebrate our bodies for what they can do, not just for how they look.
Let's be kind to ourselves and to others.

I wish there were more people, women especially, willing to show their imperfections.

But they don't, and it's causing other women to feel less than,
to the point where they skip out on a dinner with friends because they're "too fat" or where they start to make comments about their bodies around their children...
All because we aren't perfect like the people on social media.

There are lots of yogurt options out there, but sadly many of them are highly processed with tons of added sugars and no real nutritional benefits.

If you're looking to add a healthy yogurt to your diet,
make sure you're checking the label for live and active cultures and one that has a higher amount of protein.

Greek yogurt is usually better!

*If you're lactose intolerant, you could try a lactose free kind. 🫶
